WHAT DOES EXQZIT DO?

EXQZIT is a Indian boutique store featuring gorgeous Indian classic and contemporary outfits which are suitable for traditional weddings or gala cocktail parties. We provide you with a wide variety of Exquisite & Designer Crafted Eastern Attire… Quality outfits and up to date trends that are affordable.
We are also believers that every individual is different and has their own unique preferences and tastes when it comes to their style. To match our customers interests we provide exquisite pieces that maintain everything that makes your look and experience Exqzit.

WHERE IS EXQZIT LOCATED?

Our EXQZIT store is located in Suite 8, 8 Okhule Place, Sigma Business Park, Cornubia, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

We offer nation wide delivery to all major cities in South Africa at accessible prices for all offering that doesn't have to break the bank.

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

Whether you're receiving one package or courier hundreds, Tracking Number provides insight about your shipment's status all along its journey. You'll feel confident and have peace of mind knowing that you have the most up-to-date information when you use our enhanced tracking options.

Tracking Number offers several ways to track and provides convenient ways to stay informed of current status, unexpected delays, and ultimately the delivery of your shipment.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to return your order. That's why we set up a 7-day return/exchange policy for you. 

You can return your products purchased from us within 7 days and receive a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases, if:

(a) You have received the wrong item; whereby we will cover the costs of courier for the return of the product.

We only offer this 7-day returns policy for products purchased on this website. Please email us via info@exqzit.co.za or contact us +27 82 716 2708. We will contact you back as soon as possible and once your return or exchange is approved, we will be able to carry out the exchange or refund.  If you have purchased EXQZIT products in-store, please note those sales are final and don't have a return/exchange option. Items leave the store in perfect condition as per our quality management procedure as such we do not offer returns nor exchanges on sale items on both our website and in-store.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, please utilize one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later stage in time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! We apologies for any inconvenience caused or may occur.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load EXQZIT as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products will be for your account.

Direct Deposit
You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. Similar to doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please provide proof of payment to us via email info@exqzit.co.za or call +27 82 716 2708.

Lay Buy
We do offer customer financing to allow you to purchase as much as you like without the hassles of wasting your time. Our Lay Buy options give you the freedom to shop unrestrained and pay for your products later. 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?

Yes it is safe to use your credit card as a form of payment on our site. As stated in our terms and conditions, the safety and security of all customers private information is important to us. We do our utmost to ensure these policy's are adhered too and enforced to give you the assurance to continue shopping with us without having any worries about such security breaches.
